chad's neighborhood has a lot of spray-painted markings on houses, most of which are encoded. they were left by rescuers and would-be rescuers, utility companies and other helpers. the exceptions to coding are those markings left by the SPCA, which are sadly quite transparent. like this one. i wonder what ever happened to the little fellow?
