time, time, time see what's become of me

combine just having sent an article out with summer and not really having a schedule (which is different than not really having stuff to do, which is not my situation), plus a bunch of not really pressing tasks for work and around the house, plus terrible television options, plus my two main friends being out of town, and what do you have?  me, wasting hours and hours on the internet looking up old acquaintances, reading wikipedia and product reviews of various cosmetics, wandering around aimlessly, investing more than is fair or reasonable in my interactions with the pets, complaining about physical discomfort.  everything's all weird and up in the air.  the humid thick air.
