E in the ROC's neither necessary nor sufficient handy dandy guide to some oscar-nominated movies!

"benjamin button":  i became a woman during brad pitt's very important scene in "thelma and louise," in 1991.  this movie contains no such scene, and i am already a woman.  this movie offered me very little.

"the wrestler":  hair!  hair.  hair?  hair!  also, crowds of frat boys and wanna-be frat boys make the world a little bit worse yet again.

"the dark knight":  if you haven't seen it five times, you sure feel like you have! hey, did you hear that guy died?

"the changeling":  ignore the pesky inadequate plot and enjoy the hats.

"slumdog millionaire":  being poor can be so awesome!!!

"the conscience of nhem en":  what, now?

"happy-go-lucky":  note to self, see this movie.

"wall-E":  oh how we love you, little robot!  do you love us? can you ever forgive us?

"doubt":  clergy don't lie and there is nothing about organized religion that encourages hypocrisy or violence.  this is liberal media brainwashing propaganda: beware!
