how *not* to advertise a vegetarian restaurant

i am not a vegetarian, but my spouse is, and in general i support vegetarian causes and happily eat vegetarian for long periods at a time. however, the following from a pamphlet advertising a newish vegetarian restaurant in the ROC makes me want to chew my own arm off.

Why Vegetarian?

1. A vegetarian diet is essentially about feeding on the ascending life cycle (we naturally enjoy foods from seeds to reipeness and avoid foods that are rotten).

2. All processed, packaged animal meats are on the decaying life cycle. All chemical preservatives added to prolong foods on the decaying cycle are known to be cancer causing.

3. Human beings, endowed with spiritual consciousness and individuality, are free to feed off the entire food chain. Once's choice of food determines the vibration (gross to sublime) of personality presence.

mmmm, decay.

it'd be funny if their menu is organized according to a food's ascendancy and/or sublimity.
