dear baby bunnies,

oh my god, you are so cute.  and you are going to ruin the garden.  at first i couldn't believe you were there because of all the cats and dogs in the neighborhood, but after thinking about it for a while, i can see how that spot is somehow specifically really ideal.  i have some questions for you.  did you uncover yourselves?  or did some predator do it and eat one of you?  does your mommy bunny still hang around?  do mommy bunnies nurse baby bunnies?  did she uncover you because it's time for you to move on?  you are very little; how do you eat?  if you are weaned, does the mommy bunny bring you food?  are you making each other pregnant even right now so that the whole world will be overrun by bunnies according to your master plan?  please don't eat our garden later.  i guess if we were hard core gardeners we would kill you or otherwise try to run you off. as it is, we talk about you a lot and look at your nest out the window and go over and look at it every day.  you were only as big as mice like a week ago.  that's cuckoo.
